My name is Karolina Tryc and I have been actively working as a professional nail technician since 2007, and from the very beginning of my career, I knew that education would eventually become my true path. The more I learned about nails, the stronger my passion grew for sharing knowledge and helping others build successful careers in the industry.

Since 2010, I have worked exclusively with *Crystal Nails products, and in 2014 I became an **official Crystal Nails Educator. I went on to retake and successfully complete the Crystal Nails Educator exams again in **2017 and 2020, achieving the **highest scores* and earning the title of *Crystal Nails Absolute Master Educator*, proving my expertise and commitment to excellence time and time again.

Alongside my technical development, I invested heavily in education and teaching skills. I completed my teaching qualification in 2014, with a clear goal: to offer not only high-quality private training, but *official, recognised qualifications. This led me to become a qualified **NVQ Assessor in 2021, and from **2022* I began delivering *NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Nail Services*, alongside private nail training.

One of the greatest highlights of my teaching career so far has been the opportunity to travel to *South America, where I taught in **Chile for Crystal Nails* — an unforgettable experience and a true milestone in my professional journey.

In addition to education, I have also competed at a high level within the industry and was proud to be awarded *Top Tech UK in both 2015 and 2016*.

Today, my main focus is education: supporting, mentoring, and qualifying the next generation of nail professionals through structured training, private courses, and recognised NVQ qualifications.
