Primer (acidic). Adhesion promoting liquid that abstracts humidity from the nail layers. When Nail Prep has dried, apply it thin on the nail so that the excess material should be drawn off the brush on the neck of the bottle or on a paper towel. Due to its acidic content, it must not touch the skin. Wait to dry.
